Shipping policy

We strive to process orders quickly, normally within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after payment confirmation. Certain items, like complete medical kits, may take up to 10 business days prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method. We may use any standard carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to deliver our orders.

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If necessary, you may need to file a claim with the shipping provider.
